    Elevate(her) partner Draken has announced enhanced Family leave policies!🏡✈️

    Maternity leave has increased to 26 weeks full pay, plus 8 weeks half pay!

    As well as strengthened paternity leave, now being 4 weeks full pay!

    A reflection of Draken’s ongoing commitment to supporting their employee’s family life!
